ITINERARY

DAY 1

Meeting at Marseille Airport to pick up the car. Tour begins at 6:00 PM toward Arles for our Special shooting with the Horses on the salt marshes for the first sunset.

DAY 2-4

Sunrise in the Arles area before checking out. We then move to the heart of Provence, Valensole, where we will spend the next 3 days exploring lavender fields, villages and coming back during the night for astrophotography sessions.

DAY 5

Time to say goodbye but before we have one last sunrise in Valensole. After we will head towards Marseille Airport.

  • Everyone who is passionate about photography, travelling and experience local culture.

  • From Wide-Angle to Tele ( 200mm ) - A sturdy tripod - Polarizer - Nd filters are recommended but not mandatory.

  • Provence in late June is hot — expect temperatures between 25°C and 35°C during the day, cooling down to around 15–18°C after sunset. Light, breathable clothing is the way to go, but always bring a layer for the evening sessions.

    One practical note: for night shoots and early morning walks through the lavender rows, lightweight long trousers are strongly recommended — spiders and cobwebs are part of the Provençal countryside experience, whether you want them or not.

    If you have any allergy to insect stings, please make sure to carry your emergency medication with you at all times throughout the tour.

    • To reserve your spot you will need to pay a deposit of 30%. This will be refunded in case the tour won't start.

    • When the tour is confirmed you will hear from us and you will receive an invoice from our travel agency partner ( to be paid within 10 days ).

    • the balance of the tour must be paid 60 days before departure.

  • If you can’t make it to the scheduled meeting time at the start of the tour, you’ll need to arrange your own way to catch up with the group. You can either drive yourself or book an airport-to-hotel transfer.
